About Doug Routledge

 
Doug is the founding President of a youth ministry training organization called Crossroads Farm in Hillsdale County, Michigan. CRF is designed to equip the next generation of youth-ministry missionaries for impacting and shaping rural America.

Doug speaks exhaustively across the country on the topic of rural ministry ethos (about 100 dates annually) and has written the Rural Church/Youth Ministry Initiative which is geared at creating youth ministry opportunities for churches in the forgotten Samaria (rural America).

Doug and his wife Dawn, (and co-founder of The Farm) have three girls, Madison, Raegan and Lauren. Besides writing, speaking and training rural youth workers, Doug embraces the rural cultural experience. He’s an avid hunter, sports fan (including NASCAR) and Reading.

CRF is a 501c3 and is a member of the ECFA.
